Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1: Arusha → Tarangire National Park

Your safari begins with a journey from Arusha towards Tarangire National Park. The park is a photographer’s paradise, known for its rolling savannah, dotted with giant baobab trees and seasonal swamps that attract wildlife throughout the year.

Spend the day exploring the park on game drives, with opportunities to spot elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, and diverse birdlife. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed inside the park, surrounded by the wilderness.

Later, you will continue your journey towards the Ngorongoro highlands, where you will check in at your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater → Arusha

After breakfast, you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable safari experience. The crater floor offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Africa, with over 25,000 animals living within its natural enclosure. Expect to encounter lions, buffaloes, elephants, hippos, zebras, flamingos, and if you’re lucky, the endangered black rhino.

A picnic lunch will be served at a scenic spot within the crater. After more game viewing, you will ascend from the crater and begin your drive back to Arusha, where the safari comes to an end.
